KOGE KOGEE chibiii

YEAH , its the chibi version of my KOGE KOGE !!!
i don't really like the big one , so i made the chibi , and i like this one much better ~_~

yet , i still have a hard time making the valkirye hat ... URGH
and i erased the yinyang wing cuz its already too full ~_~

i want to use it as a wallpaper , then i see the right side is blank , so i put some triple poring surfing there ~3~
oh well , thats that !!!
